Processing Time

Orders are processed in 1-3 business days after payment is received.  Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.  Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the U.S.  Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier delays.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States.  We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

Lost or Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit.  If your order arrives damaged, please contact the carrier or our support team to file a claim.
